CHIEF OF SCHOOLS - SOUTH CAMPUS
The Aug Prep Chief of Schools - South Campus will step into leading Aug Prep’s founding campus serving 2,200 students today and growing to serve 2,400 students and their families by 2026. We are looking for a leader fully committed to the Aug Prep model and priorities, seeking to deepen the already strong work and impact established. As the face of the school, the Chief of Schools is responsible for implementing Aug Prep’s mission, North Star, and academic and organizational priorities across the South Campus, maintaining and growing a strong Christ-centered staff as well as a school culture that equips students to become leaders of tomorrow.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Aug Prep Chief of Schools - North Campus will be stepping into the unprecedented opportunity to lead the development of Aug Prep’s second campus (launching summer 2026). Seizing the favorable location and foundation of excellence at Aug Prep, the Chief of Schools - North Campus has a passion for Jesus, excellence for all students, and a deep desire to create and establish a diverse community (socio-economically, culturally and racially). As the “face” of the school, the Chief of Schools will model organizational and spiritual excellence while leading the campus community.
