Prep is to instill Hope by equipping our kids to glorify God is a school with a team that deeply believes in the Limitless potential of our kids everyone here is here because they have a heart for kids and they want our kids to have the best education possible in the whole state of Wisconsin I'm surrounded by teachers that are Excellence at their game they are just their Top Notch and we really Inspire each other and push each other to reach our best everyday they have high expectations for their students they have high expectations for themselves so I love that can answer a question it doesn't just have to be like your immediate boss there were a lot of times when I was trying to implement a new program or I was trying to try something different in a lesson and I was able to get pretty much an immediate feedback from all my supervisors be a sounding board or like talk to her idea and so it's easy to work hard and it's easy to come to work when you know you're surrounded by people that are here for the same Mission the same b**** and that's just a really special and unique thing one of the most important things that we think about is how we serve the whole child and a big piece of that is thinking about the all-encompassing side of Education underlying our mission is four pillars at on prep and is Faith Family academics and Athletics in arts and I really think one of the things that is different about a crap is that some schools I have one two or even three of those but it's really the combination of those four pieces that come together to really differentiate both how we serve kids but also how we work as a team on the staff rallies around arm and how's that rallies around supporting not only our students with their families in the community at large I worked in multiple different schools and that's something that I have never seen her do stand the way that I represent will to produce on a daily basis here are you still incredible I feel connected to my supervisor I could feel connected to all of our teachers this is the first place I worked it like I truly like shoes to spend my free time hanging out with the people that I work with I love working here I worked in a couple of French School District side Subs in school district has place I've ever worked but it's also the best place I've ever worked so it's teacher at someone that loves their kids deeply Alicia them that challenges them that key but they do that grounded and this deep love of Jesus that exudes from what they do and who they are and the same way that we have teachers to come around and wrap our students with the ports and whip them up and powering them take their next step we try as a team to make sure that we do the same thing for our teachers having those high expectations for ourselves to best serve our kids but wrapping them with those same support empowering our teachers to take the Excellence then Levelland to equip our students for what's next in life

Upcoming roles here at Aug Prep include classroom roles such as instructional aides, teaching fellows, lead teachers at all grade levels, and specialist teachers (art, music, drama, PE, Bible, Spanish, special education). In addition, we'll be hiring support staff (security, facilities, athletics, business, office, enrollment/recruiting, business and more!). We also will have openings for school administrators and leaders.
