Melissa Flynn

Melissa Flynn taught high school students for the past 10 years and now serves as an Instructional Coach for the High School. She grew up in Saint Louis, Missouri and moved to Wisconsin eight years ago after starting her teaching career in Mississippi. Ms. Flynn earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics as well as a major in Technical Theater at the University of Notre Dame. She also completed her Master’s in Secondary Mathematics Education at Notre Dame through the Alliance for Catholic Education. Ms. Flynn is currently a doctoral student at Marquette University pursuing her PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy 

When Ms. Flynn is not teaching or working on sets for plays, she can be found exploring the outdoors - hiking, camping, biking, and tending her garden. She also enjoys trying new recipes, making art, reading a good book, and spending time with her friends and family. Ms. Flynn is excited to continue supporting students and teachers in their growth as part of the Aug Prep Community!
