Melissa Reece
Melissa was born and raised in Racine, WI, where she still resides with her family. She graduated from UW-Parkside with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice. Although she didn’t pursue a career in her degree field, Melissa has been working with children since her youth. She spent 15 years in daycare before transitioning to a school setting. After working at a Christian School in Racine for 6 years (serving 3 years as an Administrative Assistant and another 3 years as the Operations Manager), she joined Aug Prep in March of 2024 as the Development Operations Specialist. She would not want to work anywhere without the Christian atmosphere. She loves that children are able to get a Christian Education here at Aug Prep and that she is a part of that.
When she's not working, you can find her with her husband cheering on their two teen children at their sporting events. Her happy place is spending time with her family.
