Ricardo Medina
Mr. Medina has just begun his journey in education, and is wholly devoted to caring for each and every student that crosses his path. Graduating with a degree in Psychology and Social Welfare and Justice, Mr. Medina found his calling in the school systems of Milwaukee.
Prior to teaching, Mr. Medina worked in homelessness and runaway shelters for Milwaukee youth where he discovered that our city has some of the brightest and most amazing children who just need a place to grow and thrive. There is an everlasting need for our young men and women to be given the opportunity to change the trajectory of their lives and Mr. Medina believes that there is no set of circumstances that defines who we are.
St. Aug Prep has been gracious to allow Mr. Medina to teach students in a faith enriched way that cares for the students soul, mental, and physical wellbeing.
Some of Mr. Medina's hobbies include playing video games, and watching a variety of shows and movies. Additionally, Mr. Medina has an undying passion for the sport of soccer, and has taken the opportunity to share his love of the game with students at St. Aug Prep. This year, Mr. Medina has begun his first venture into the high school level of the sport, as the Junior Varsity Coach for soccer at St. Aug Prep.
