Kristina Meekins
Kristina Meekins was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is a proud Milwaukee
Public School graduate. After graduating from Rufus King High School she went on to obtain
her BA in Nonprofit Management from Lakeland College (now known as Lakeland University).
After graduating in 2011 she spent some time working in finance and higher education. In 2019,
Kristina answered the vocational call and intentionally began her journey to walk out her live
according to her favorite scripture Psalm 139:14, she switched careers from higher education to
education obtaining her second Master’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University. Since 2019,
Kristina has been teaching and enjoys walking in her purpose on a daily basis.

Ms. Meekins is excited to work with the students and staff here at Aug Prep. She also looks
forward to getting to know the families as well.
