Jordan Napoli
Jordan is a career educator with over 16 years of experience serving as a teacher, coach, and school administrator. He began his teaching career at Racine Case High School as a Special Education Teacher before transitioning to New Berlin West Middle/High School, where he held various positions. Initially a Middle & High School Special Education Teacher, Jordan took on the role of Athletics & Activities Director in 2014. In 2022, he became the Associate Principal at West before joining Aug Prep. Jordan holds a bachelor's degree from UW-Whitewater and a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Carthage College. In his new role at Aug Prep, he will oversee College & Career, Athletics/Activities, and Arts programming for students. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, being active, exploring the outdoors, and traveling whenever he can.
