Ashley Soto

Ashley Soto is a new member of our HR team at Aug Prep. She is a UWM graduate with her bachelor’s degree in sociology. Her human resources experience comes from the corporate world, where she worked as a contractor and, most notably, a DEI leader. She has a drive to support employees however she can and to build relationships that make lasting impacts.

In her free time she supervises a team of swim instructors for the Wauwatosa Recreation Department. Ashley has a passion for teaching swim lessons to people of all ages, a survival skill that is often looked over.

When she’s not at Aug Prep or at swim lessons, you can find her trying new restaurants, at Marquette basketball games, or attending whatever fair is going on in the MKE and Tosa area.
