Valeria Diaz
Ms. Diaz began her career in Chicago as the Director of Human Resources and Operations. In
2020, she made a career change and began working as the Operations Manager of the Financial
Aid and Business Office at Alverno College. In 2021 she began working at Carthage College where
she became the Assistant Director of Student Financial Services. There she gained experience
working with both International and students from the US.

She has been able to host presentations in Wisconsin, along with the Admissions Team, on the Admissions Process and the Financial Aid Process (FAFSA Nights). From working at a Hispanic Serving Institution to helping first-generation families financially plan for the next 4 years, she has been able to guide students and families through the educational process.
Ms. Diaz earned a Bachelor’s and Master's Degree from DePaul University in Sociology and is
currently completing her final year of her Doctorate Degree, at Depaul, in Global Educational
Leadership.
